How to Create Cloud Storage in PC with Dropbox:

One can easily use dropbox by installing in PC or login into www.dropbox.com. Step by step description is given below:

Step 1: Open a browser and go to www.dropbox.com. The following page will be opened.

Step 2: Fill up the Full name, E-mail, password and tick I agree to dropbox theme and click “Sign up for free”.

Or anyone also can sign up with free google account.

Or click Download the app

File download option will come (as given in the picture) click “save” and file will start to download in PC. After download and install it in PC or by clicking downloaded file and which will help you to understand easily.

How to Use Google drive

Google Drive is another Cloud Storage which can be used by a gmail account holder which is also free ( upto 15 GB).

Step 1: Open browser and go to www.google.com/drive and below page will be open.

Step 2: Click “Go to Google Drive” (Mark with Black Circle) new page will be open and any gmail account holder can sign in by providing gmail account and password.

Or Download ( marked Red) (After pressing download option will come for PC/ Android/ iOS.

Install it in PC and sign in with Gmail ID and password.

Anonther easy way to use google drive is via gmail mail; log in to gmail account. On the right corner of the monitor options are come as given in picture.

By clicking Red Quadrilateral a drop down option will come, click drive (red Circle) through which easily anyone can log in to google drive.

After downloading and installing Google drive or dropbox in PC, anyone can use it by opening program in PC and signing it.

There are also some cons of cloud storage which also signaled that one should use it with caution. For example: Security is a great concern; as personal and important data are stored in Cloud, hacker try to hack those account and have access to these data. Sometimes, download and upload speeds get very low during the time of downloading and uploading file.Though initial cost of cloud storage is low but with using large amount of data cost may go high so before using one should analyse it properly.
